MFR for arthritis in the knee joint

OK, I couldn't help myself and here is another one from Walt Fritz of Foundations in Myofascial Release Seminars http://www.waltfritzseminars.com/myofascialresource/
For those of you who are suffering from conditions, such as arthritis, deemed "incurable," yes, there is a lot that can be done with MFR!  One key concept I want to draw your attention to is "low load, long duration."  Stretches that gently engage the barrier and may feel like "nothing" to the patient, if held steadily and for a long enough time can have a tremendous value to releasing fascial restrictions and helping restore vital structures, such as joints, to a greater level of functionality. Enjoy!http://youtu.be/O7KvB_SH5h4
